Value Stream Mapping Current State: Learning to See the waste through value stream mapping on the shop floor of one of the participating companies. What is TAKT time and how to use it?
Day 4

Value Stream Mapping Future State: Learning to identify opportunities using current Value Stream Map and development of Future Value Stream Map (in one of the previous trainings an opportunity of 600.000 Euro was identified without any investment needed)

Day 5

Company with more than 20 staff people employed: 120 Euros per person per day.
Employees from other industries pay 195 Euro per person per day.
