1 week  LEAN JIDOKA

This workshop is designed for plant leadership by the BAMA (Bluegrass Automotive Manufacturers Association)   group in close cooperation with Toyota.

Toyota found out companies are focussing too much on the lean tools (JIT pillar of Toyota Production System TPS) and do not have an understanding of the JIDOKA pillar of TPS. Because of this many companies do fail to implement TPS.

This methodology can also be applied in office processes.
